To have one subject fill the frame
Rustic Love: Nikon7000 ISO 200 f/2.2 1/4
This assignment was my first with my new camera, so I was and am still learning it. I used roses from Valentines day to fill the frame, but still wanted to use the horizontal and vertical lines of the subject and the wood grain to create a nice shot. I made sure to have the bottom rose in the most focus, but still wanted to have the woodgrain not in sharp focus.
